I saw Doctor Lin originally early 2000's then moved around. I've been solely back with him for almost 7 years and have 0 complaints about Doctor Lin or how he handles anything in his skills. And he is skilled and knowledgeable in so very many areas I've pretty much ONLY had to see him for ALL of my medical care for the past decade. He listens to what his patients say, read what they write in portal, he takes time to respond or take actions if needed and I've needed out of ordinary such as letters for probation which he got written and had waiting when I next came to office to my surprise without my having to even bring up or wait until actual appointment ( I had a vital check in where letter was waiting). Between himself and Kathy his Nurse, refills are refilled on point and any issues are resolved immediately and half the time the office/ Kathy is iniating the resolution process before you even knew anything needed attention. Most offices you have to drag it out call, email, beg for attention and results but at Doctor Lins office Between him and Kathy i couldn't be happier with the immediate response, action and respect I've gotten. I'll be fully 100% honest and say I can't vouche as highly for the front desk... Tom is pretty great you've just got to get to know him and his personality but the other lady there has been rude to me and anything but helpful a few different times. Maybe she had a bad day. On a few different days. It happens. As a whole i would most definitely put my name on the line and vouche for Doctor Lins practice. He has a great bedside manner even when he's not getting paid for it, trust me I've had to reach out non appointment times through the portal so many times and he's never once let me down yet. I'm not hateful but I am very picky with my doctors most treat you like trash or barely give you 2 seconds or don't care once appointment is over. Doctor Lin knows who I am as a person not just another human he saw, he cares about each individual patient and Kathy is the same. They know their patients as people not just problems that are dealt with and sent out the door. This practice is different and has made a difference, a beneficial positive difference thank goodness, in my life and I'm very thankful for it. Sorry for the length but it's all true, coming from someone whose whole family has used Doctor Lin for close to 3 decades and myself almost a decade long patient. ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

I have been a patient of Dr. Lin’s since 2015, and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most compassionate and attentive physicians I’ve ever known. He listens carefully, explains things clearly, and treats every concern with genuine respect. His medical judgment is steady and thoughtful, and he never rushes through an appointment. You always feel like he’s fully present.
On a personal note, Dr. Lin also cared for my mother, Jane, for many years. She lived to be 103, and throughout that time he treated her with a level of kindness, patience, and genuine concern that meant a great deal to our family. Watching the way he cared for her is what made me decide that I wanted him to be my doctor as well. It’s rare to find a physician who combines deep medical knowledge with that kind of humanity.
Dr. Lin has been a steady, reliable partner in my healthcare, and I’m grateful for the care he has provided to both me and my mother. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares about his patients.

Saw Dr. Lin today for a follow up appointment. Once again he was very professional and interested in how I was doing. He is a smart compassionate physician. I will continue to see him as my primary care doctor.

Very willing to listen and try troubleshooting symptoms. I really enjoy my visits with him an after a few visits we finally figured out how to make my post nasal drip/acid reflux go away.
It was not a cut and dry issue since I had gotten sick so many times leading up to working with him - including some really bad sinus infections.
Very patient and has a good bedside/chairside manor.

I have been seeing Dr. Lin for 2 years and while going to the Dr. does not top my list of fun things to do, I enjoy talking with everyone in the office. The entire staff is pleasant and professional. Dr. Lin is one of the first physicians that actually listens and absolutely does not push his agenda. We have a conversation and make the best decisions based on mutual agreement. I highly recommend Dr. Lin and his office!

Called with COVID. Jaimeyfield walked me through my 1st Telehealth visit. Dr Lin was wonderful in immediately prescribing Antiviral. The call to the pharmacy was so prompt. His compassion and listening was a comfort to me. I love my doctor and his staff. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a doctor who truly has time for you and your health.
